Beliefing-in-Life, this is the underlying term for it (of course: equanimity and not fussing about everything), but the quintessence is Beliefing-in-Life: it is gonna be all right, it will find its course. You cannot suffocate life by regulating each and every aspect of it, although we have done quite a good job there. Let it breeze.
Hot, spicy cabbage for breakfast. The haze persists. Three hours walk in the direction of Barphak. We notice: there is a road down in the valley - looking better than we have expected. We descent, there might be a bus connection. We wait for a while and indeed there is one. You don’t know exactly at what time but: a bus will be coming. There are no vacant seats and there is a rule: it is forbidden to stand. This rule is nonsense here and thus it is not observed. This is not a tourist-bus and there are no privileges: the standing is our part. To prevent any misunderstanding: The “road” is a dirt road three meters wide bestrewn with knee-deep potholes. Various points seem to be “end of road”, but the bus drives on to a fording, about three hours from Barphak. Noteworthy: from here it is 1500 m up; mainly stone steps.
